Mr. Freeman is Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA),  a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors (formerly the Association of Insolvency Accountants), a CIRA and a member of the Turnaround Management Association.  He is a past Chairman of the Editorial Board of TMA's "Journal of Corporate Renewal".  Mr. Freeman earned his MBA in International Management from Thunderbird - American Graduate School of International Management.  He is a frequent speaker at major national and international conferences on the topics of business credit and collateral issues, business turnarounds and capital formation.  Mr. Freeman is a licensed California real estate broker.
